The Crisis

Heavy monsoon rains, overflowing rivers, and flash floods destroy homes, infrastructure, and livelihoods in flood-prone regions. Families are cut off from basic necessities, and the most vulnerable children, women, and the elderly face dire risks to their health and safety.

Pakistan

Monsoon rains have caused severe flooding across Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and Gilgit Baltistan.

Bangladesh

In northern Bangladesh, flash floods struck Susua Char in Tangail District, affecting over 3,000 people.
